If your order is canceled, please check your registered email address for complete details. Below can be the reasons why your order is canceled:
- If the customer has placed an order for the wrong size or wrong item and sends a request to change, we will cancel the order and the customer can place a new order with the correct item or size.
- If you want to add an item to the existing order which is not processed yet, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order adding the new items.
- If you want to delete an item to the existing order which is not processed yet, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order adding the new items.
- If a customer places an order using the PO Box address, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with a physical street address on the order.
- If an item is out of stock and we cannot process it, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with an item in stock or for a pre-order item.
