Why my order is cancelled?

If your order is canceled, please check your registered email address for complete details. Below can be the reasons why your order is canceled:

  1. If the customer has placed an order for the wrong size or wrong item and sends a request to change, we will cancel the order and the customer can place a new order with the correct item or size.
  2. If you want to add an item to the existing order which is not processed yet, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order adding the new items.
  3. If you want to delete an item to the existing order which is not processed yet, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order adding the new items.
  4. If a customer places an order using the PO Box address, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with a physical street address on the order.
  5. If an item is out of stock and we cannot process it, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with an item in stock or for a pre-order item.
