No. If you recently placed your order (within approximately 12 hours), contact our Customer Service Department and we can try to cancel your order if it has not already been processed. However, if your order has been processed, changes or cancellations cannot be made and you will have to go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change. Your Return would be processed as per our Return policy.
Still, if the customer insists and order needed to be canceled, we would only be able to cancel the 50% of the item amount which is being processed and shipping is not refundable.
