What is your return & exchange policy?


We want you to look amazing when wearing our Corsets. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding final sale items and Bespoke items.

  2. Enter the email address on the order and Order number. Click continue
  3. Select the product you want to return. Select Refund or Exchange, Quantity and Return reason. You can add additional comments if you like and click continue
  4. Review return details. If you need to do any changes, click on back option else click continue
  5. Select I will ship myself and Submit.
  6. Note the address mentioned where you need to ship the return. Click on print Label and save the return form. Print the form and put in the package.
  7. You can ship the package to us with any tracked courier service. Keep the tracking number with you for any further reference. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility.

Place the return item in the poly envelope that was sent with your order.

Once your return item is received, it takes approximately 4-7 business days to quality check and restock the items. Once return is restocked, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued. Original Shipping is non-refundable. In case complete order is returned comprising of 3 pcs or more, a restocking fee of 50% per item will be charged and if less then 3 items, a flat fee of $15 per item will be charged for restocking.

Return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the style or size you want in exchange. Due to high volume of orders, we don't always have every size available but we will gladly check our stock or find a similar style in your size. We need your help to return the items purchased in an un-used, not washed, stain-free condition, not damaged or faulty. We’ll take care of the refund if you take care of the items purchased. We will either dispose or donate the item/s which are not restockable. We cannot return them back.


Returning items purchased on the "2 for 1 Sale" promotion are accepted and managed Online as normal. If returning for a refund please note that you will need to return both the items on your order to be entitled to a refund. In the case where you only return 1 item, you will have to pay full price for 1 item that you have kept. For more information feel free to chat or email customer support.

Buy 1 Get 2 Free or Clearance Sale items

The Buy 1 Get 2 Free or final clearance sale items are not returnable. We have disclaimers on the category page for the same. Return forms may be generated but these products are still non returnable and no returns will be entertained. Any products returned will not be considered as approved return. We can send it back when shipping cost is paid by customer otherwise items will be discarded.

In case you still want a refund or an exchange, we will be processing the same with a restocking fee of 50% per item will be charged.


All the orders are processed through the automated system, cancellation would not be possible once the order is placed.  You can always get in touch with customer support (Monday to Friday), if it is feasible to cancel or make changes to the order, we will do that but it is not guaranteed. In case you opt for cancellation if the items are manufactured and ready to be shipped, cancellation fee of 40% per item will be charged for the charges levied to manufacture and prepare the order.


All the items are covered under a limited warranty of 30 days for any damages or wear and tear.
