We want you to look amazing when wearing our Corsets. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding sale items.

Enter the email address on the order and Order number. Click continue
Select the product you want to return. Select Refund or Exchange, Quantity and Return reason. You can add additional comments if you like and click continue
Review return details. If you need to do any changes, click on back option else click continue
Select I will ship myself and Submit.
Note the address mentioned where you need to ship the return. Click on print Label and save the return form. Print the form and put in the package.
You can ship the package to us with any tracked courier service. Keep the tracking number with you for any further reference. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility.

PACK & SHIP
Place the return item in the poly envelope that was sent with your order.
Once your return item is received, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued. Original Shipping is non-refundable.
Return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the style or size you want in exchange. Due to high volume of orders, we don't always have every size available but we will gladly check our stock or find a similar style in your size. We need your help to return the items purchased in an un-used, not washed, stain-free condition. We’ll take care of the refund if you take care of the items purchased.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ORDER
All the orders are processed through the automated system, cancellation would not be possible once the order is placed. You can always get in touch with customer support, if it is feasible to cancel or make changes to the order, we will do that but it is not guaranteed.
